By using specific herbs with properties for detoxifying, cleansing, soothing, and healing, this herbal facial will leave your skin feeling tight, new and brilliant!
Ideally, you are make-up free and can go straight into WASH/ EXFOLIATION and STEAM. By lightly laying and pressing a warm soaked cloth onto your face, this will help open up the pores to better detoxify the skin.

Wash/ exfoliation is done by using a natural goat milk or glycerin fragrance free soap with an exfoliating pad in clockwise motion to softly prepare the face for further intervention.
Natural Steam soak with warm cloth
Extracting Acne with tools or fingers. (ADD-ON if needed) (price dependent on time approx. $10.00-$30.00)
Walk-though of herbal powders and Mask gets applied with a soft facial “paint” brush. You are the canvas!
While resting, I will use my singing bowl and your choice of chakra inducing frequency rods for soothing sound healing vibrations.
Face cloth soak to loosen the dry mask and I proceed to washing it off.
Oil facial cupping OR rose quarts Gua Sha facial massage ( ADD-ON $10.00 each )
Mist of facial toner or Argan oil to finish.

Taking care of your hands and feet promotes balance and stability. We can even go as far as saying that it can build your confidence and your self esteem! In conclusion, the benefits to taking care of your hands and feet converts to over all well-being!
Warm soak with apple cider vinegar / water ( helps kill bacteria, and detoxify the body)
Toenails are cut and shaped and placed back into water
Feet are scrubbed with exfoliating tool and volcanic stone for the extra hard spots
Now dried and massaged using a reflexology technique with the option of an essential oil blend.

SPECIAL Fungus foot soak includes extra intervention for nails and skin ( Product to fight athletes foot, and other similar foot and toenail fungus )
"Natural" Nail polish which is typically made with chemicals regardless of it’s “natural” brand but is offered as an add-on for $10.00 if that is what you prefer. (colors are limited)
**Please inform me ahead of time if you need a special treatment. I can come properly prepared for Athletes foot, warts or fungus under the toe nails.**
PRODUCTS FOR SKIN HEALTH
Young & Wise Facial Powder
For symptoms of: mature skin, acne, scars, blemishes, age spots, discolorations, black and white heads
Method of use: put some powder in a bowl and pour just a couple of small drops of water and mix with till you get a thin paste, spread thinly & evenly on face with paint brush, let sit for 3-5 minutes on face.
Ingredients: Green Clay, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Symphytum officinale (Comfrey) root powder, Arcticum Lappa (Burdock) root powder, Equisetum Arvense (Horsetail).
Do Not Let Dry On Face for sensitive skin.
(This clay is raw & non-alkalized) *Do not use if: allergic to the Asteracea Family
Kill Fungi Foot Soak Herb Bath Mix
For symptoms of: Itchy, irritated, inflamed feet.
Method of use: Option: Make 6 cups of hot/warm water and poor into bowl or tub, something just big enough to soak your feet in and immerse herbs into water. Leave herbs in for the duration of your 30 min soaking feet. Dry feet very well when done.
Ingredients: Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Ceylon Cinnamon), Larrea tridentata (Capharral) herb, and Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (Uva Ursi) herb.
Option 2: mix 1tsp of herbs with 1 ½ tsp of coconut oil and rub feet with the oil, cover feet with old socks and sleep.
Wash feet in the morning and dry feet very well.
Caution: Use infrequently.
Green Tea Facial Powder
For symptoms of: acne prone, black + white heads, for all skin types.
Method of use: put some powder in a bowl and pour just a couple of small drops of water and mix with finger till you get a paste, spread evenly on face, let dry then rinse.
Ingredients: Green Clay, Poppy seeds, Avena Sativa (Oats), and Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm)
*Do not use if: allergic to the Asteracea Family
Herbal Facial Toner
For symptoms of: acne, normal skin
Method of use: Close eyes and hold breath, Spray evenly all over face
Ingredients: Witch hazel distilled water, less than ¼ of Symphytum officinale (Comfrey) root and leaf, Plantago major (Plantain), Hypericum perforatum (St Johns’ Wort) extract in rubbing alcohol.
Caution: St Johns’ wort can cause sun sensitivity if used in large doses for long periods of time.
The % of St Johns’ Wort in this products shouldn’t be a problem.
