Young & Wise Facial Powder

For symptoms of: mature skin, acne, scars, blemishes, age spots, discolorations, black and white heads 

Method of use: put some powder in a bowl and pour just a couple of small drops of water and mix with till you get a thin paste, spread thinly & evenly on face with paint brush, let sit for 3-5 minutes on face. 

Ingredients: Green Clay, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha), Symphytum officinale (Comfrey) root powder, Arcticum Lappa (Burdock) root powder, Equisetum Arvense (Horsetail). 

Do Not Let Dry On Face for sensitive skin.  

(This clay is raw & non-alkalized) *Do not use if: allergic to the Asteracea Family

Kill Fungi Foot Soak Herb Bath Mix

For symptoms of: Itchy, irritated, inflamed feet. 

Method of use: Option: Make 6 cups of hot/warm water and poor into bowl or tub, something just big enough to soak your feet in and immerse herbs into water. Leave herbs in for the duration of your 30 min soaking feet. Dry feet very well when done. 

Ingredients: Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Ceylon Cinnamon), Larrea tridentata (Capharral) herb, and Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (Uva Ursi) herb.

Option 2: mix 1tsp of herbs with 1 ½ tsp  of coconut oil and rub feet with the oil, cover feet with old socks and sleep. 

Wash feet in the morning and dry feet very well. 

 Caution: Use infrequently.

Green Tea Facial Powder
For symptoms of: acne prone, black + white heads, for all skin types. 

Method of use: put some powder in a bowl and pour just a couple of small drops of water and mix with finger till you get a paste, spread evenly on face, let dry then rinse. 

Ingredients: Green Clay, Poppy seeds, Avena Sativa (Oats), and Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm)

*Do not use if: allergic to the Asteracea Family

Herbal Facial Toner
For symptoms of: acne, normal skin 

Method of use: Close eyes and hold breath, Spray evenly all over face 

Ingredients: Witch hazel distilled water, less than ¼ of Symphytum officinale (Comfrey) root and leaf, Plantago major (Plantain), Hypericum perforatum (St Johns’ Wort) extract in rubbing alcohol.  
Caution: St Johns’ wort can cause sun sensitivity if used in large doses for long periods of time. 

 The % of St Johns’ Wort in this products shouldn’t be a problem.
